So the Young Adult Bon fire hosted by Nick and Becca was a huge success. There was good fellowship, and good, and all and all a great time! They are considering doing another one next Spring - exciting!

CRUMPTONLAND YOUNG ADULT FELLOWSHIP

This weekend is the Crumptonland Young Adult fellowship that Nick and Becca are hosting at our house. I hope to post pictures of it afterwards - but we are really looking forward to it. They are planning a bonfire, and loads of activities - it should be a blast!!

From the beginning

Scott and I were married in 1984. We bought the small piece of property that we now live on (Crumptonland) in 1989 and started planning our house then. We broke ground on our log cabin in November of 1992, one year after our daughter was born. We finished it and moved in May of 1993, 4 months before our son was born. The house we built quickly became the home we love. I told Scott that we should have built our house with a revolving back door because of the volume of friends and kids that we have been blessed to see come through it. From the neighborhood kids, to kids from school, to kids from church - Crumptonland has been a place to come be loved and have fun. We hope that it will always be that way - and hopefully you can see some of our joy reflected in this blog.
